Near the place where you can see them freeze, a shiny silver bull rests, reflecting a curious symbol from the facade above.

In this drab structure of uninspiring architecture, I spotted this relic of yesteryear adding a small touch of warmth to the cold concrete walls. A clock's accuracy is of the utmost importance here.

It obviously hasn't budged in a decade and will probably remain for another. I can see half of it on google street view, the other half obscured by yellow.
