After San Francisco’s first ICER Air on Fillmore Street in San Francisco, the event was moved to AT&T Park in 2006 after some neighbors complained, creating the first stadium big-air ski and snowboard contest to be held in the United States. The 2007 ICER Air is now in its second year at AT&T Park. The whole event felt much more roomy than on Filmore Street, where we were people were practically piling on each other to get a view of the jump.
The event featured a 110-foot tall, 60-foot wide, 350-foot long scaffold jump that was covered with 200 tons of man made snow.
